Interesting. What, in your opinion, is the proper role of such a spokesperson? Personally I disliked Fox as an actor, but I think he has done well in trying to expedite a cure for Parkinson's. And some of the issues getting in the way of the cure *are* politicized, and not by Fox.
It just infuriates me that Limbaugh -- who probably faked a few symptoms himself to get as addicted as he did -- would be second-guessing the man's medical status. If he didn't think Fox should be making political statements, then he should have taken issue with that, not whether he is in fact as ill as he says. As an example of a bad spokesperson, I give you Pamela Anderson, who made erroneous statements about hepatitis C. Dana > I respect him as a spokesman.
