Yeah sure, as if you never got drunk underage? As for whether he possessed it or borrowed it doesn't matter - he shot at my neighbour's window. When he was arrested a few minutes later it was obvious he was so drunk he could barely stand. As for that deterrence, what do you mean? So you can have firefights in the streets at the drop of a hat? So you can watch innocent bystanders get killed all the time?
