37.5 hours here but...

We can work anytime between 7am and 7pm but have to be here 10-12 and 2-3
(mainly so meetings can be scheduled), we have to take at least 30 minutes
for lunch. We have to average 37.5 hours a week over a month, but can carry
either a deficit of up to 15 hours or surplus of 22.5 hours over to the next
month. Any surplus time we work up can be taken as holidays over and above
the standard 28 days plus public holidays, so theoretically I could get an
extra 36 days a year off! Complex system, but works for me :)
