It would seem that anyone who looks at the legal facts of the case against Libby all say that he is "overwhelmingly guilty". And his guilt, his crimes that he has been convicted of, have nothing to do with Plame; something the justifiers are fond of pointing out. Even more interesting is that it may not be over for libby: Fitzgerald could haul him back in front of another Grand Jury and immunize him thus preventing him from using the 5th. Or Congress could. I hope they do. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJQ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:237694 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
