Hey, they at least have the Checkers. Then there is also the Panthers and the Bobcats if you like the football or basketball. I have really enjoyed living just south of Charlotte. Down town is very easy to get to. Just hop on 77 North and it is a straight shot right into the middle of the city. If you live across the border in SC, you get the cheaper cost of living/housing/taxes/etc. but the convenience of only being 20 miles from uptown. >> Parking in downtown Raleigh kinda sucks > > Solution: don't work downtown ;) Most of the jobs in this area > aren't "downtown" anyway... they're scattered all over, and often in > the Research Triangle Park... Same here. Most of the work is in the outlying areas, like Pineville or Mathews. If you can snag a job south of exit 3, you will never sit in traffic unless there is an accident, even during rush hour. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion 8 beta - Build next generation apps today, with easy PDF and Ajax features - download now http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/coldfusion/cf8_beta_whatsnew_052907.pdf Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:238882 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
