Hey, they at least have the Checkers.  Then there is also the Panthers and 
the Bobcats if you like the football or basketball.

I have really enjoyed living just south of Charlotte.  Down town is very 
easy to get to.  Just hop on 77 North and it is a straight shot right into 
the middle of the city.  If you live across the border in SC, you get the 
cheaper cost of living/housing/taxes/etc. but the convenience of only being 
20 miles from uptown.

Same here.  Most of the work is in the outlying areas, like Pineville or 
Mathews.  If you can snag a job south of exit 3, you will never sit in 
traffic unless there is an accident, even during rush hour.
