Adam, I lost 40 lbs in 8 weeks slightly moderating my diet and doing DDR about 1/2 an hour a day. Its great music, and if you can find someone to do it with ya it will motivate you that much more. For the other DDR nuts out there, after doing this now for almost 2 years I can manage an AA on heavy-mode Holic =)
