Bless you and good luck! I'm right there with you ... this weekend I got royally MAD about the 30 lbs. or so I've wanted to lose for the last 5 years.
So this morning I dragged my ass (and my husband) out of bed at 5 am for an hour and a half of walking/jogging, did an hour of pilates and yoga ... And now all I want is a nap. Sheesh. I have this wild fantasy that *maybe* one day I'll run a marathon ... after seeing my best fried from high school take that up after having two kids ... ah, jealousy. But like you, exercise is perhaps my private idea of a Nazi prison camp. We'll see how long I can keep up with 5 am. Hubby's lost 5 lbs in about 3 weeks.
