I tend to agree with you. I have order from Best Buy many times and
never had an issue. One time I even thought my PSP was broken (under
warranty), took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it. Come to find
out I was using the wrong charger to re-charge it. 

BB never gave me any problems or anything. Gave me a new one and I was
on the way. I did not realize it was the charger until I got home and
opened the new one and noticed the right charger. Then I thought CRAP!! 

But then again I do spend a lot of $$ in that place..

Best Buy will have to sue him to get their $300.

American Express doesn't stand for its customers getting ripped off.

Personally, though, I have a hard time believing this guy's story
about finding ceramic tiles in the hard drive box.
