In fact, the entire shadow banking system recruits off this very principle. As do the big consulting firms and law firms. For example, every year about 100,000 people apply to any one of the big 3 consulting firms and only about 500 get offers. These 500 will be re-building entire corporations within their first year of hire. And there is a 99% chance they don't have a single day's experience in any of the industries they'll work. If experience mattered this would not be possible. Why, for example, do you think law firms pay $160k/yr for a new grad right out of school who not only doesn't have any experience as a lawyer, probably doesn't have any professional experience period? The hard truth is, experience only matters for stupid people. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:267447 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
