Wait, maybe I said the wrong acronym. Abstinence, B-something about few partners and Contraceptive.
I was lamenting the teaching of only the "A" part, and saying that the proof is in the pudding, and B+C are required to really tackle the problem. Sorry for the mis-queue, there; I always mess up the acronym for the "real deal" (obviously because of the "B" == monogamy/few partners). Maybe I have them out of order too. But anyways, yeah, I'm not stupid enough to proclaim something like Abstinence Only works better than being honest or whatever. Heh. I said stupid. I also wonder if pushing the AbO is akin to murder, as was posited by that group I mentioned. Seems not too much a stretch, although not 1st degree. Crazy that we're so backwards in a time when we can be so forwards, and in a Country like the US of A. -- Freud's view is that all love is sexual in its origin or its basis. Even those loves which do not appear to be sexual or erotic have a sexual root or core. They are all sublimations of the sexual instinct.
