Well tonight was leg night and I gotta say it's my least favorite workout.

I do 5 sets of squats, then 3 supersets of leg curl & calf raise, and
then 3 supersets of leg press & leg extension.  I should probably add
in some more but oh well.

I try to work in "lactic acid training" for each lifting day meaning
working to failure and past failure with dropsets or forced reps.  For
legs it's that last superset of leg press followed immediately by leg
extensions down to forced reps.

Maybe I'm wussing out on my other days but on other muscle groups it's
not too bad.

On leg day, that last superset just power sucks.

I feel good because I did the workout, but I HATE leg day.
