Which is EXACTLY why tax cuts won't fix this problem.

When you give out tax cuts the money doesn't get spent.

When the government spends, the money gets spent.

What is normally a problem is in this case, ironically, the solution.

Thus the government shouldn't be spending less, it should be spending WAY more.
