Well... my company matches 4% as long as you contribute 3% so I've left it at 3% (was doing 12% - and felt so damn responsible about it). I suppose I could buy ammo... but I don't have a gun so if there was a problem I'd have to throw it instead of shooting it. Still, that makes more sense than dumping money into this market. One "saving grace" (I guess) is that I took a large loan out of my 401k to put the down-payment on my house three years ago - most of that is still outstanding and I pay it back to myself at 6%.
