mine grants 2% so that no one is without a 401(k) in the company.
Pretty decent of them.

they'll match an additional 5%

so I have 7% of my check going to my 401(k) and with their additional
7% it's pretty nice.

:-)

for me, the pre-tax nature of the contribution means i get more bang
for the buck than if I funneled the taxed amount into my bank account.
