Those statistics are wrong, or at least massively out of date. There's
no way 75% of America is white anymore. If we were they wouldn't be
talking about Latinos being the majority American race before 2015. The
last statistic I saw estimated 55% at most, which makes me question the
validity of the 13.5% black figure.

Blacks make up 13.5% in 2008 of America according the first website I 
looked at.

Again, according the the first website Iooked at, ~75% of Americans are 
some form of Caucasian.

So some basic math says that there are 5 1/2 Caucasian Americans to 
every African American.

And according to you there are 2 white American below the poverty level 
to every black.

And you don't see a difference between this minority only making up 1/7 
of the general population, but 1/3 of the poor population?
