The statistics came from different sites and that is why I said 
Caucasian.  Hispanics demographically are often part of the Caucasian 
group. I.E. Caucasian - Hispanic on census forms.

I wasn't trying to show who or what is this or that percentage.  Just 
the uselessness of a statement like "twice as many of this then that" of 
a subset of a population without also taking into consideration of the 
ratio of this and that in the overall population.
