I have not, but I have done CPR on enough surfers who have tried to know its not something I would recommend.
Personally, I could not care less about the fucktards on that pier or who go surfing during hurricanes, however, what pisses me off is the rescue workers who get put in harm's way trying to save these idiots form their own stupidity.
