I would disagree. Snake oil salesmen sell products that don't work. One of the main reasons I buy Apple products is that they are reliable. They do what they are designed to and do it well. If other computer manufacturers want to emulate Jobs, that quality is what they should strive for.
I'm saying this after a month of dealing with the failure of every computer in my office EXCEPT the Macs. I also liked Jobs as a person. I found him generous, soft-spoken, extremely intelligent and always willing to listen. Not arrogant at all, so I don't know where you get your opinion of him.
