There is no reason we need to become a part of the animal kingdom by killing each other. Yes there may truly be a god or gods but that is not for us to figure out, we are here to believe in ourselves and one another to gain enlightenment so that in death we feel we made a difference in each others lives. You know this after the feeling of helping a person, weather helping them get a bag of groceries into their cars or crossing the road or calling your mom to say hello. You feel that connection and feel better for doing so instantly.
