Yes, companies are trying to include more people into their messages by changing "merry christmas" to "happy holidays". Perhaps that's because they don't give two shits about Jesus, they care about money. This shouldn't come as a shock to ANYONE.
I say "Merry Christmas" because it's what I've said since i was little. I don't expect it to offend anyone, nor should I be offended if someone else says "Happy Holidays" to me. In fact....if a person is even capable of being offended by a warm greeting to begin with....they probably have other issues.
