Yes, exactly. It's Hebrew, and it means "G-d will protect him." I love the fact that 
he carries protection in his name. I have seen several cases where he has really come 
close to hurting himself, but it's like he has a special guardian angel -- he comes 
this close but doesn't get hurt. Baruch Hashem (Thank G-d).

He was named for a very special lady, his great-grandmother, whose name was Sarah 
Nesha. Shemaryahu is an acceptable male alternative.
