It's not a meeting story, but within the first month or so of dating a girl in college she invited me to a family reunion which involved going to visit her grandmother on her deathbed. The grandmother, who obviously had never met me before, took my hand and said, "take care of my Annie". Great, one month and I have a person's dying wish laid upon me!
Annie left me a couple years later.
