Problem is that the new leader is in bed with Arafat, and a member if his party. He likewise has publicly stated he will not use force against any of the extremists such as Hamas to end the terrorist attacks. This being the case, and the immorality of the Palestinian leadership, the plan is doomed to failure as have all the previous ones, such as the Oslo accords. Awards of the Nobel Peace prizes notwithstanding.
