It's terrible how heartless and thoughtless people can be.
I wonder if anyone on the street saw them as they were bumping over
those cans?
You could probably go ask you neighbours yourself or mention it to the
police.
Damned that's just not right to have to go through at any time, but
especially at christmas. :-\
