Angel,

Try taking everything but the video card out of the system. Hard
drives,memory everything. Then boot up and see what the POST card that's
on the back tells you. If it gets past the Chipset initialization start
putting other components back in. Also make sure the cpu is seated
correctly.

There is a 4 LED cluster on a bracket in the back that gives you
indications of whats happening.
And that one is indicating that the board is getting as far as Early
Chipset Initialisation and then just sticking there.
