Raymond, obviously I can't refresh it on  the server the web 
service  resides on...it's not listed there :) I tried refreshing it in the 
CFADMIN many times. I finally just deleted it and added it back in and 
VIOLA! So I guess sometimes, you have to actually delete it and re-add it 
as opposed to just refreshing it. Have you found this too?
