It is entirely possible that the CF market share is actually increasing 
due to factors such as CFML developers moving to BlueDragon (New 
Atlanta is a privately held company, so it doesn't disclose its 
revenues) or ISPs putting more CFML developers on a single server in a 
shared hosting scenario, but generally revenue is the most appropriate 
way to determine market share.
