Have you tried installing Eclipse, then CFB as a plug-in, then installing Mylyn? Just curious because I'm trying to figure out which way to approach CFB this evening or tomorrow.
I'd like (at least) Eclipse, CFB, Subclipse, Amateras (if CFB can't replace it), and perhaps, Mylyn.
