I switched back to CFEclipse last week. CFBuilder is not ready for prime time in too many ways. There are over 2000 open bugs and issues listed in the public bug tracker.
If you read my morning blog post you'll know that CFBuilder also suffers from very poor performance. At $299 I expect a product that is enterprise ready and the "free" Flash Builder does nothing for me. I don't do flash/flex.
