Wil, If you can provide the bug numbers, I'll dig into them. We spent the last 2 months working 1:1 with prerelease users on performance issues and resolved every single one we knew about. There is only so much we can do about the performance of 3rd party SVN plug-ins or the resources required by eclipse.
