Every 6 days or so, if I remember correctly, a dialog should appear that offers to delete old, unneeded, versions out of your repository. If you don't do this, your repository is going to grow and grow and grow and your Chandler is going to slow down quite significantly. You can also do this manually by picking the right menu item under the Repository menu.
