Have you seen the comments on that page? All of them are chunks of code and patches.. what a nightmare! :-) I tried to configure it for 5 minutes, and then I gave up. I guess this isn't the best option to keep the system updated; as soon as Debian ships the next release, I would break the whole installation. So, now we are running Bugzilla again.
