A collar for looks, however a harness for walking. They are too tiny to use a
collar and may cause damage to their trachea. :( -- em

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Harness or Leash
My Chihuahua is about 12 weeks old. I just got him a collar and he
absolutely hates it. Now i am wondering if he even should be using a
collar/leash? Should i be using a harness on him instead if he wants
