So you're saying that to teach her to not potty in the house you let her pee in 
the house? Not in my house. Absolutely no pee pads in my house.  I won't 
confuse my dogs letting them pee in the house and later reprimand them for 
peeing in the house.  Every 2-3 hours they go outside on a leash to potty when 
they're in potty training.
