Yes, that sounds exactly like hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). You did exactly 
the right thing, too. It was probably because she hadn't eaten as much recently 
because she was sick. Plus loose stools/diarrhea really take a toll a tiny 
ones. Since she ate a nice amount she should be fine throughout the night. It 
*is scary, isn't it?? You were well prepared.
