Works for me in both directions.

If it does prove to be a problem, then I'll be better off with my current server until it is sorted. To rip apart a server and rebuild it, only to have to reverse it again, and then do it all again further down the line ... it is extra work

CIFS code on 2009.06 has more serious issues like hanging in a way
that you have to reboot the system to get back to normal.
