When EIGRP and IGRP share the same AS, redistribution in automatic.
However, keep in mind that EIGRP will handle VLSM, and IGRP is a classful.
As I see it, EIGRP on the left advertises routes to IGRP in the middle, and
then it would advertise classful routes to EIGRP on the right. I believe
routing information would most likely be lost if the subnets are
discontiguous.
In the second scenario, with different AS, the above would be true but you
would have to manually redistribute between protocols.
