I have a job offer from a dairy, but they only want to pay me at the entry
level scale because I have no hands on experience.

I don't see why I should be paid less than the guy next to me. True, he has
been milking cows for years, but I have been certificated in Branding, Udder
Linking, Cattle Roundup and Pasteurization Processes

Is there really any value to hands on experience here?

Luan ,

What ip address did you assigned to the cow ?
Can I dialin ? :)

This link was on the list before :

http://www.radcom-inc.com/acad/protocols.htm

It tells you how things look like .
It will NOT however tell you how to milk a cow .
