Goodness- give it your best "first" shot... i.e. VIP, RSP (most likely), &
check for memory leaks in your IOS code (research the CCO).  I had a
production 4700 with 11.2(xx) begin dropping out (EIGRP memory leak) due to
a reaction to it's connected neighbors upgrade to 12.0 (ran fine for 2
years).  By now- I'd hope you'd have a TAC trouble ticket on this & be
laughing @ our 2 penny postings :-)  If not & this is a privately owned
router...  man sell that thing & buy an entire lab with the proceeds :-P
