Both the VPN3000 series and the CSS11000 series started their life as
non-Cisco products (they were Altiga and Airopoint; I have both in my
network still with the old face-plates even though I bought them from Cisco
:-)

I am not aware of any 'native' Cisco products that support VRRP.
