As an uninvolved onlooker to the thread, I'd say you can't get much fairer
than that.

One thing I'd say Michael, is that when I looked at your site, I was only a
little suspicious because all the contacts were via e-mail and no one was
named. If I had problems, I'm probably old fashioned but I would like to
speak to someone if possible.
It would also made me feel a little more secure about sending you my hard
earned, if there was more than just an e-mail.
I'm sure this probably isn't the case once you book lab time, but just
browsing it might be more inviting.
Your post appearing on the group has already made your company seem more
accessible.
Just letting you know my impression of it.

I'm sure there's room for a venture of this kind and your racks seem
reasonable enough to re-coup some of your outlay without making you a
millionaire which seems fair enough to me.
Also on the bright side, I think this thread's unintentionally given you
more good publicity than bad.
