I personally can't stand programs that promote nothing
more than meaningless paper certifications with no
real-world value. But you'll be surprised how many
people actually take out $10K + loans and buy into
this rat race. So on one hand, the IT community has given
its blessing towards certifications. On the other hand,
we have investors that are just waiting for the next
"Certified Training & Education Center" to fund because
the revenue is much better than their shares at Wall Street.
Since its a free country, my own conclusion echoes
Darwin's theory...Survival of the Fittest.
