Well, I agree. But the only thing I can do is try to remain optimistic. I relocated to the Bay area just prior to 9/11, the market wasn't great to begin with but just got worse.......*hopefully* with no more major catastrophes, consumer confidence and spending will grow...
As far as certs go, I am holding off getting some certs until I get the required experience to back it up. I am gauging it as I go.
