Nice of you to take Jeff's words and use them out of context. I believe what Jeff meant is that as we are experienced network engineers pursuing CCIE certification, we should set up a lab for practice as we cannot perform the necessary configurations on our production networks. The thing you forgot to mention while taking liberities with his words is that lab rats do not know what a production network looks like.
