Oops! The problem isn't tex but xdvi: Please do
. Remove missfont.log again. Say
KPATHSEA_DEBUG=-1 xdvi your_file.dvi &> your_file.xdvi.log
. Say
bzip2 your_file.xdvi.log
. Send me your_file.xdvi.log.bz2

mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+120/600 --dpi 720 sunext0210
but the current document doesn't use `sunext0210'...
