Has the agent been "closed" on the client?  I've noticed the report isn't
actually sent till the agent is closed on the client.   IE your staring at
the screen that says fail, but nothing shows up on the CAM until the Clean
access agent failure message is closed (and your looking at a Agent login
screen again)
