I have noticed the delay in the database inside CCA getting updated / refreshed 
slowly. But in this case this one machine appears in the activity logs about 20 
times in one day, and over the past several days. But had 0 Entries in the 
reports. I have opened a TAC Case on this and they are wondering if the 
Clicking on the X of the client verses Cancel is causing the error. However, I 
could not duplicate it on  a machine that I test with under either condition. 
Random still seems to be a key word here. TAC is still looking.....

I personally think it is because we had so many records stored out there that 
since the database had been upgraded from 4.1.3 to 4.1.6 it got glitched. We 
may end up killing the report history before this is all said and done. By the 
way, don't try setting the number of reports to 0 (assumed to be infinite) it 
actually deletes them all..... Yuk....
