I guess before we do anything more, what does; X-AspNet-Version: 1.1.4322 actually mean? Does it mean * This page was served by AspNet? or * This server supports AspNet? If it's the former, we can add some notes to the docs that the user should do something about it if they use .NET 1.0. If it's the later, every response needs this header, and we should ensure we aren't setting additive headers.
