command-space on the mac is used by the system to open the spotlight search field from the menu bar. It would be best not to bind it in Eclipse as this will mean the user must either rebind the spotlight shortcut, or your eclipse shortcut in order to get the eclipse shortcut to work. it would be better to stick with control-space.
