I think the closer we get to recommending the equivalent of DrRacket for Racket, the better.
Clooj has that "lightweight" feel, like DrRacket. It's not intimidating, and the basics are laid out in front of you. I've never used a command line REPL for Clojure that didn't suck in some way. I'd want to make sure it's awesome before we recommend it as a first choice. I'm thinking of the Haskell cmd line REPL as a model. My 2c.
